The Dining Room is a room with an extendable table suitable for seating 8 guests comfortably. The kitchen is practical and well equipped, there is a microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge, dishes cutlery and glass for 10 people. There is a sofa bed suitable for two. In addition, there is a fourth bathroom.

As for all other rooms there is an independent bathroom adjacent to the room, TV and Wi-Fi.
Our guests have free access to the garden, with tables and chairs on the terraces, through an external staircase starting from the garage.
In the covered garage there are two parking spaces for the free use of our guests, who will have to reserve the space (when available) at time of reservation.
